Your Microsoft store account is different than your Xbox account
May 30, 2021 · The other option is "Use your Xbox Live account for the Microsoft Store." This option has my Gamertag listed, but not my e-mail. So here is the issue. These should not be separate accounts. I log into both Xbox.com and Microsoft.com with the same e-mail. My Microsoft account has my Game Pass subscription and Xbox Live subscriptions under it.
