Things I have tried doing to fix the problem: Restarting PC. Uninstalling and reinstalling game w/out any previous save/mod data. Removed mods, saved games, cache, and tray files. Changed to Low Settings (Which I refuse to play on with my hardware) have the same stuttery gameplay, so graphics are not an issue.

If Sims 4 works in the new account, it means the problem is contained to your old account. You can simply continue playing in the new account if you want. Sims 4 keeps crashing after i played for 1 minute. The game freezes for 1-2 seconds and then crashes. I have repaired the game, done app recovery -> clear cache, reinstalled sims but it still doesn't work. It started yesterday suddenly after playing for a few hours (with one crash), and now i can't play at all because it crashes almost right away.
