Windows says that it cannot connect to the server, that the drive is offline but it is seeing it as a drive and its associated share. Windows is registering the proper seagate drivers and says that the device is working properly.

I can see the NAS in Network and via the IP address, however I can't access the files for the NAS on my computer. Copying newly created Word files in the same Windows machine works. The issue is only with some of my old files which include Word files, Excel files, and PDF files.
