2023年12月25日 · Question. Hello, I just bought the Razer RGB Addressable RGB Controller, but sadly it is not working as it should. The Razer Synapse 3 Software detects it, but there is a "waiting circle" that gets stuck, and I can't access the Controller. I did a few reinstall and reboots, also changed the internal USB Header etc., nothing helps.

2021年2月6日 · As far as i am aware it is 80 LEDs per port. So it should be 6 x 80 LEDs. Btw keep in mind that you can only use 1 controller at a time. According to Razer's website: "You can connect multiple addressable RGB devices, as long as the LED count doesn't exceed 80 on 1 port, or 240 total. Hence, when I looked for ways to add and control a second RGB Controller the mobile app looks like you can do this but, wanted to be sure before purchasing the second controller. Update, this will work if using the Razer Chroma mobile app.

I have a large amount of RGB LED connections (8 total) in my machine that was more than a single one could accomodate, so I purchased two. However, upon setting them up, I notice that Synapse only recognizes 1 at a time, even if both are properly connected and recognized by the computer.
