At that point you're arguing things like fit, shape, thickness of padding, space for lense inserts, the shape of your face, etc. I currently have the amvr one and it's Soo comfortable!

The plastic tab on the second one is shaped with a steeper angle and sticks out more, so it more firmly grips the hole in the Quest 2, hence it stays in place much better. If you are unlucky enough to get the first one, you'll have constant issues with the interface popping out.
