But between 1865 and 1900, so many designs came out and became popular, both among the blue collar working class and the gentry. Multi blades became more popular closer to 1900, and a lot of the 1880's era knives seem to have the two blade design.

2000年6月18日 · Case knives are nice to look at, but fit and finish are not up to the standards of the following brands: Mooremaker, Schatt & Morgan, Queen, Kissing Crane, Henckel's, Hen & Rooster, and German Eye. Apparently, Queen makes both the Mooremakers and Schatt & Morgans. Personally, I find the Mooremakers the most aesthetically pleasing.
