I would appreciate any suggestions at all. It will need to be able to be reposotioned at any time , and easy to move , and inexpensive crowd control barricade.

2009年6月3日 · Some non traditional methods I've had success with, is a shorter fence 18 inches from the existing fence. Most dogs don't like the cramped quarters much and/or landing on their heads and front legs when they jump the shorter fence. Something with thorns planted in front of the fence. And my favorite is concrete reinforcing mesh.

2010年9月14日 · This is for a FREE STANDING carport with a poly panel roof. I've always believed that 6 x 6 ACQ posts buried 4-5' with concrete up to 1 foot below grade is the way to go. I've seen others that had posts mounted on piers with brackets. Below Ground Pros: Excellent lateral stability. Minimal bracing required.

Measure between each post and cut 3 no 2x6 planks laid horizontally and on the flat on top of eack bracket. Drill through holes in brackets from underneath through plank rails and bolt with 3/8'' galvanized bolts.

2013年1月16日 · Once the holes are dug you could set the posts, and pour in a dry mix of concrete and let the moisture from the soil take care of the rest. I guess it depends on the longevity you wish to have with the fence. I put a privacy fence in about 20 years ago. I used dry concrete mix and thought that it worked beautifully.

2023年5月11日 · 1) Most difficult but probably most solid. Rent an auger and make holes that are 2-3 feet deep. Fill the holes with concrete and a bar of rebar. Place a heavy duty 4" post mount into the top of the concrete. 2) Pound a galvanized 1.5" angle three feet into the ground with one foot remaining above ground. Screw the angle into the 4" post.
