I wanted to see what people had good experience with and what I should stay away from for used SUV’s. I looked online but it’s a crap shoot so I figured I’d ask some real people. Outback is a good option, too, but it's a bit bigger than the Forester (it's really a lifted midsize station wagon). The Base model Outback is pretty stripped-down, and that's all you get for $30k.
