I you plan on using it for camping, visiting and vacations then I would consider a motorhome. Motorhomes require a lot of maintenance, and expensive to fix when repairs are needed.

2011年4月18日 · 729 posts · Joined 2009. #12 · Apr 20, 2011. that weight is for their absolute bottom line, stripped down, round roof, no ramp door, lightest rated axles, etc. triple axle 48' race trailer with no living quarters is 0ver 10,000. typical LQ trailer is 12-14,000. just wait til it's loaded and watered up! truck and trailer loaded- are over 24,000.

2010年1月26日 · Get a sheet of at least 1/8" aluminum and cut youe 14" x 14" hole so the ac is centered on the sheet. I normally use a 4' x 4' sheet. Attatch the aluminum sheet to the outside of the roof using 3M 5200 and stainless fasteners. This will spread the load over several roof bows.

2016年5月26日 · I converted a 2002 pace 44' living quarters trailer from screwed to taped, it was a lot of work but well worth it. Like quoted above, you need to prep it correctly or don't even bother. I spoke with 3M techs quite a bit before deciding to do it, also there are quite a few videos and text online to get a good idea on how to do it.

I ordered the flooring from sams club online. back then it was $221 for a 10x22 roll of the ribbed design, then with shipping to my door ended up at $268 or something like that. Was'nt unreasonable, held up great, and covered up the nasty floor.

2011年11月27日 · We just raised a pole barn roof 3' for a customer who bought a taller motorhome.Took roof sheets off and perlins,sistered post extensions next to old posts and ran 2x6 girt at bottom and middle and 2x12 at top and raised 1 truss at a time then put perlins and metal back on.Pretty simple really.

A steal valve and steal (powdered metal) guide are not compatible metals in a situation where high heat and low lubricity are called for. Any guide material will work but the clearances and oil flow must be managed in order to make the parts live!
