Customer able to download file after cancellation - Etsy

Download digital items from Etsy App. Are people ever going to be able to download their digital items from the Etsy app? I am being inundated with people being confused as to how to get their digital purchases. They don't understand why they have to use Etsy.com with a browser as opposed to using the app.

I have explained to customers that they cannot download zip files on their smart phone, but some are adamant that they have done it before here on etsy and that it works.
