Remote software upgrade on my 2019 330 is stuck on this screen for 2 weeks now after software download completed. Per BimmerCode, the software must be NBTevo_X or NBTevo_Y to be compatible with that function. I checked for iDrive upgrade via bmwusa website with his VIN and it said all was current.
