Veritech-1. •. Convenience is definitely a factor, but I paid $133 for a Denso brand compressor for my 95 Ranger off of Amazon - it was a little cheaper off of RockAuto but i’ve got prime. Autozone wanted $256 for the same exact SKU, and $180 for their house brand. That’s a little too high of a premium for convenience.

I've never actually bought anything metal like that from dorman, come to think of it🤔. I've only ever bought plastic stuff like thermostat housings or hvac actuators.

2019年10月8日 · At 154K any part could be unreliable. You will go broke throwing parts at the vehicle if you are worried about them failing. Replace them when they break. Coils dont need to be replaced unless theyre broken, most will outlast the rest of the vehicle. My old shop truck has over 500,000 km ( 300,000 ish miles).

Beware, there is a lot of trash in circulation that should be illegal. If you price out suspension parts and they are $200 from an unknown source vs. $500 from AC Delco, Moog etc, it's going to be totally inadequate and almost definitely unsafe out of the box. 1.3M subscribers in the MechanicAdvice community.
