I made a sauce of soy sauce, white vinegar, and Korean red pepper flakes and spooned the sauce on the trays and they were perfect, almost felt like really good XLBs. I have yet to find a Bibigo product that isn’t good. We are OBSESSED. Siracha on top.

Ling Ling's thicker skin works well as Gyoza for frying; some folks prefer the thicker restaurant style skin which is crispier. Also works well for noodle soups (ramen). Bibigo has thin skin, cooking quicker with more filling/less starch. Hence the higher price per ounce. Try both, to find the one you like better.

I always find them to be more dry than crispy. Probably need to coat them in a little oil so they don't dry out. Put them in a bowl, add a little oil, toss until coated. This is the way. Coat in a light oil (sesame oil if you’re adventurous) and air fry for about 14 min. You can toss em in a sauce after, or just dip.

2022年11月7日 · Barely worth the $6 or $7 on sale. Actually most dumplings at Costco aren’t that good. Bibigo comes close. Earlier this year maybe last year they had chicken dumplings that sold out fast. Those were actually tasty. The wrapper was nice and thin and crisped up nicely in the fryer and also steamed pretty well.

Highly recommend the Pork Soup Dumplings. I followed the preferred method and steamed the dumplings for 12 minutes. They are full of soup, juicy and heavy on the robust pork flavor which some people may not like. It's pretty authentic and I would buy again. Only $13.79.
