Central Florida has seen a string of restaurant closures in recent weeks. Friday marked the last day of business for Pom Pom’s Teahouse and Sandwicheria, a popular eatery in Orlando's Milk District.

Pom Pom’s Tea House and Sandwicheria opened on North Bumby Avenue in 2005. Since then, it’s served more than 1 million sandwiches and double that amount of tea.
