Cassius was a massive saltwater crocodile that had lived in the Marineland Melanesia Crocodile Habitat since 1987, but researchers estimated the crocodile could be upwards of 110 years old.
The Marineland Melanesia Crocodile Habitat & Gift Shop posted on Facebook about the loss of Cassius. "It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mate Cassius," the post read.
