Almost two weeks after their bombshell livestream, NewJeans as well as their parents held an emergency meeting with ADOR's new CEO Kim Joo-young. Read to know more.

On September 11, 2024, NewJeans members Haerin, Hanni, Hyein, Danielle, and Minji (left to right in the video) sat together to talk about HYBE’s ongoing legal battle with Min Heejin in a now-deleted live video on YouTube. The quintet released the video under a newly-created account named nwjns, which has since been closed, per a notice by YouTube.

This comes after NewJeans issued an ultimatum to Hybe on Sept. 11, demanding Min’s return to her role by Sept. 25. In their statement, ARMYs accused Min of consulting a shaman to harm BTS and attempting to manipulate public opinion against the group.

HYBE group NewJeans took to YouTube to call for the reinstatement of Min Hee Jin as CEO for the sublabel ADOR by 25.

The conflict between Hybe and former Ador CEO Min Hee-jin appears to be escalating into a broader dispute between the fandoms of BTS and NewJeans, as BTS's fanbase, Army, raises its voice in opposing Min's potential return.

NewJeans members and their parents met with the current CEO of ADOR on Monday, two days before the Sept. 25 deadline they gave the agency to reinstate former CEO Min Hee-jin, according to media reports.
