As a trainer I don’t know whether you have the same ADA protections as there are for guide dogs. Call the theater and call an ADA rep and see for sure what the legal requirements are. Theaters in NYC bear little to no resemblance to movie theaters. There is almost zero leg room where a guide animal of any size can sit. Some aisles and stairwells are tight with two-way traffic using them. The animal could also be a tripping hazard during intermission. If the dog hasn’t completed training this may not be the greatest idea even if you aren’t prohibited from bringing them as a trainer. At the very least may be required to purchase a seat in a handi-friendly location.

Hello! Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the theatre. There is an accessible restroom on the orchestra level. If you need any more information regarding accessibility in one of our theatres, you can visit the Telecharge website, and under the "Access Information" tab, you will find a plethora of information regarding accommodations for those needing them when coming to the theatre.
