The West is closer to the track, when they pull them back to the pits they'll go right by but the East is easier access to the pits if you wanna meet and talk to the drivers which is awesome, they're very nice. :) as far as kids, bring headphones or whatever they're called to muffle the sound. If they don't like loudness and you don't, you WILL NOT enjoy your day at all. They sell them at the track I think. Pretty sure. But honestly, seriously if the kiddos don't like loudness, find a baby Sutter I've seen way too many people bring kids there and they freak out cause it's so loud. Then you just can't enjoy it.
