They have bows, skins, uprights, etc. Talk to the parts manager to get trade pricing and it will get closer to reasonable.

网页2005年7月21日 · I used C5 @ 6.7 lbs/ft channel for main beams and A-frame and C4 @ 5.4 lbs/ft for the rest. the trailer is 16' long and crossmembers are @ 32". Axles are 5200lbs both with electric brakes. I actually enjoyed building my own trailer to my own specs rather than buying an off-the-shelf one.

The interior of the trailer has verticle steel extrusions every 10 - 12 inches with 1/4 plywood in between. The sides of the trailer are 1 1/4 thick.

Their 5k braked/sprung axles are $250 and 7k are $275. They have a hanger/shackle/equalizer kit for tandem for $60. New wheel/tires, 8-lug, 16" load range E bias (import) are $130 each.

网页2011年12月7日 · Neck: Uprights with 8x4" I-Beam, 1/4 wall. Horizontal 8" channel, unknown wall thickness (depends what I can find in drop). Probably use 3/8 plate steel for the gussets. Planning on making a "deck on the neck" further down the road as well. Planning on using pressure treated pine for decking, with metal over the tires.

网页2016年5月26日 · The ATV deck is 9' L x 8'3" W. In front of the ATV deck, there is a 3' L x 8'3" W "cage" for little things like straps and gas cans and such. There shouldn't ever be a tremendous about of weight in this area, but there will be stuff up there when the ATV's are hauled. 3' tongue. ATV's are roughly 1200# together.
