网页Use your browser, worked in firefox for me. Steam is trying to protect your wallet. waited a day, disabling hardware acceleration didn't work. In settings, choose family, then manage. You need to add the "store" to family view. Even with family view off it wouldnt work, but doing this resolved it for me.
