Outside of that, you are pretty much upgrading 1 tier to a 3080 10GB and that isn't really worth it. Either pay more for a 4070ti or higher or skip this generation.

网页4070 is an excellent GPU but not much of an upgrade from a 3070. It's about 30% faster, as 4GB more higher bandwidth VRAM, while also tends to run quieter and draws less power. DLSS FG and AV1 in hardware are nice niche features too. If you're a 1440p gamer it's a solid upgrade and the VRAM will be useful.

网页2023年10月22日 — To be fair, I've never wanted RTX 3060, but I had a chance to get it very cheap (brand new, half of the regular price) 1,5 year ago, so I replaced my old amazing GTX 970 with it. The point is, 3060 has a problem with 21:9 2560x1080 resolution in new games and I feel like having a decent framerate will be a problem faster then I thought.

网页2022年4月5日 — 100w difference! is 500w safe to run RTX 3050? 3050 is only a 130w card, 500w is plenty. I had a 550 watt and it blew it up in months. i run 6 fans and 6 hard drives aswell. The gpu only use 130 w, your cpu 75 w, rest of your components will add another 50w. Making for 255 w in total.
