I looked in my Meta Oculus App on my phone, and went under Device. Turned on my Meta Quest 2 headset, and then in the app, selected “Finish Headset Setup”. Everything worked after that.

The different is for Steam you can start as VR while Origin's (I believe Epic's too) you need to start as 2D then go to setting -> VR toggle VR every times.
