You can underclock the memory by a couple of hundred mhz and see if that eliminates or reduces it using Precision or Afterburner or use the 'Debug Mode' In the Nvidia Control Panel.

网页2015年4月11日 · Just received delivery of a GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 yesterday. Installed it, turned on my computer and noticed all 3 of my fans not spinning. I did a quick google search and found a thread on here that described how to fix the problem. Followed all the steps such as; clean install of my OS, Driver, XOC, etc. Now only 1/3 fan works.

However while you may be able to get it to output 4k 120Hz with an adapter you'll be hard pressed to actually play anything but eSports games at 4K 120Hz on a GTX 1080 Ti. Hell even a RTX 2080 Ti will struggle to do 4K 120Hz in most modern AAA games.

They right-side fan stops spinning while under load, then it might start up after a few minutes. I've reinstalled drivers, reinstalled Windows, changed power supplies, etc. They still do it.
